The Inspiration

Aetna is committed to making healthcare accessible to all, and a key aspect of that is their Better Health of Illinois Medicare program. With a diverse customer base, they wanted to better ensure that they clearly were communicating the services and benefits of the program.

The Story

Octane created Rochelle, our series host and brand mascot, and her family, to help guide customers through the Aetna Better Health of Illinois journey. The animation format also allowed for cost-effective versioning in multiple languages.
